Inspired by the need to provide high-quality, flexible and social housing for young professionals coming out of university.

This conversion from an existing terraced housing into a co-living property included the addition of rear extensions, significantly expanding the communal areas and creating a bright, inviting space with a view of the garden. One style showcases light green walls with traditional half-wall panelling and light oak furniture, evoking a sense of warmth and classic elegance. The other style employs grey and white colour blocking with sleek white furniture, offering a modern, minimalist feel that is both youthful and timeless. Each bedroom benefits from its own ensuite, providing privacy and convenience for the occupants.
