We're Tim and Zofia, a small architecture and interior design studio in Winchester.
We work on listed and period homes – and several boutique hotels across Hampshire & Dorset – from the South Downs to Lulworth Cove.

Whether it’s a new build in a sensitive landscape, a replacement dwelling in a conservation area or an ambitious refurbishment, we love buildings that feel like they’ve always been there. Our designs are guided by you – with thoughtful restraint, and by the small, quirky details that make a home feel like the way you actually want to live.

It’s all considered by us; the landscape, the architecture, the lighting, and Zofia’s work with colour, atmosphere and interiors. Interiors don’t get bolted on before it’s too late – they’re baked into our layouts from day one. This results in fewer compromises, and less stress. To us, it’s the only way to unlock the true potential of a project, no stone unturned.

We also have a particular fondness for giving heritage & listed buildings a “glow up” that respects their history while layering in a fresh, modern twist.
