We're Tim and Zofia, a small architecture and interior design studio in Winchester.
We work on listed and period homes – and several boutique hotels across Hampshire & Dorset – from the South Downs to Lulworth Cove.
Architecture, interiors and landscape are always considered together with our clients. This combined thinking creates very special spaces through layering – vistas, room flow, and the small, homely touches that build the desired atmosphere. It’s the balance of perfection and considered imperfection that separates our spaces from the rest.

Unquestionably yours.
Whether it’s a new build in a sensitive landscape, a replacement dwelling in a conservation area or an ambitious refurbishment, we love buildings that feel like they’ve always been there. Our designs are guided by you – with thoughtful restraint, and by the small, quirky details that make a home feel like the way you actually want to live.
So before we put pen to paper, we take the time to understand you: how you live and what you love. Our goal, a result that is unquestionably yours – something inevitably timeless.
It's just the two of us, start to finish.
It’s all considered by us; the landscape, the architecture, the lighting, and Zofia’s work with colour, atmosphere and interiors. Interiors don’t get bolted on before it’s too late – they’re baked into our layouts from day one. This results in fewer compromises, and less stress. To us, it’s the only way to unlock the true potential of a project, no stone unturned.
Every project is different – but the path through it needn’t be a mystery. Our three-stage process provides an overarching strategy behind the design, to help manage the complexities of building projects and your budget.

Working with existing buildings that you love, and those forgotten in-between spaces.
Our clients quite like us being a small studio – it means every project gets our full attention. Our work has shortlisted in the BIID Interior Design Awards 2026, and we’ve been trusted with listed homes, spas and boutique hotels across Hampshire.
We also have a particular fondness for giving heritage & listed buildings a “glow up” that respects their history while layering in a fresh, modern twist.
Begin your project.
The first conversation is free. Tell us about your project and what you’re hoping to do. We’ll help you understand your investment and give you some clear next steps.
Because there are only two of us, we take on a handful of projects at a time, so we can give each one the attention it deserves. In busier spells that means a short waitlist – so if you’ve something in mind, it’s worth getting in touch sooner rather than later.
