ZAHRADA is a Winchester-based architecture and interiors practice led by Tim and Zofia. If you’re planning a project in the New Forest, understanding what’s possible is often the first step. Tim has spent most of his career working in the area, bringing local knowledge and planning experience to those early conversations.

The New Forest National Park is a protected landscape. So, we start by establishing which policies apply to your home, whether it falls within the National Park or the surrounding district. Defined village boundaries, the size of the house at the relevant baseline date and changes made by previous owners can all affect what is possible.
Tim’s experience working in the New Forest helps us bring these questions into the earliest design discussions.
